2014 NBC skilled workers competition

On the morning of 10 May, Youth Union of Nha Be Garment Corporation – JSC (NBC) successfully held the "2014 NBC skilled workers competition".  Attending the competition were representatives of the leaders of the Party, Trade union, Youth union, departments, factories together with 12 competitors participating in both theory and practice tests. 

The purpose of the skilled worker competition was for promoting the movement of skill training, willingness to study, timely acquiring the new equipment technology, incessantly improving professional skills, work quality, increasing productivity and contributing to build a strong team of skilled workers in both quantity and quality.  It is also the useful playground for workers and an opportunity for laborers to assert their workmanship during self-training and improvement to master the technical skills in order to meet the requirements of industrialization - modernization and the integration of today's international economy.

The competition was a great success and has left a good impression when the competitors have excellently completed their performance. With respect to results, the Board of Organizers awarded outstanding, worthy and typical competitors owning the high professional skills as follows: the first prize to Ms. Tran Thi Yen Tuyet (Fashion Design Center); the second prize to Ms. Nguyen Kim Thu (Fashion Design Center); the third prize to Ms. Nguyen Thi Diem (Zone IV).  In addition, the organizers also awarded consolation prizes for all remaining competitors.
