In the morning of 30 March, Nha Be Garment Corporation - NBC successfully held 2015 Labor Conference. Attending the conference were Mr. Pham Phu Cuong – BOD Chairman, CEO, members of the Board of Management, Directors of dependent units, factories, with more than 300 delegates from all the member units in all regions of the country.

Overview of the Labor conference

The conference focused on evaluating the results, achievements in 2014 and also pointed out the limitation, shortcomings in the past year, set out the task orientation and implementation measures to overcome limitation, shortcomings for the purpose of promoting and developing production, stabilizing employment and life for all employees of the Corporation in 2015. The Conference also passed the valuable discussion, focusing on important issues such as the preparation of production, measures to improve quality and productivity, quality control, management training...

Mr. Pham Phu Cuong – BOD Chairman, CEO spoke at the conference

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Pham Phu Cuong – BOD Chairman, CEO urged all NBC workers and employees to unanimously strive to achieve the goals as set out. At the end of the Conference, 2015 Resolution was unanimously passed with 100% of workers and employees.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Lan - Deputy CEO reported the production and business results in 2014 and task orientation for 2015

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh - Chairman of the Trade Union launched the emulation movement in 2015

Mr. Pham Phu Cuong - Rewarding the best units in 2014 (Zone I and Zone II).
