2016 NBC General shareholders meeting held successfully

Last 06 April, Nha Be Garment Joint Stock Company - NBC held a 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The General Meeting adopted the report on production and business results in 2015 and important matters including exports target reaching VND4,000 billion, dividend of 25%.

2015 was the year marking various important progress in the development process of NBC with outstanding events such as: Make investment in construction of and put into operation Nha Be Garment Factory - Hau Giang with a scale of 4,000 workers, establish NBC human resources training center, build and repair infrastructure such as halls, market development centers, garage, toilet ... Entering 2016, NBC continues to expand construction and investment in Duc Linh Garment Factory – Duc Linh district - Binh Thuan province with a total investment of up to 400 billion, creating jobs for more than 3,000 local workers, the project of construction of lingerie factory manufacturing Victoria's Secret brand fashion in Phu Cat, Binh Dinh province.

NBC General Meeting of Shareholders was successfully held with the majority of unanimous votes for the content of the program. NBC’s leaders, workers and employees identify various difficulties and challenges in the implementation of business objectives, but they believe that they will fulfill the plan as adopted by the General Meeting of Shareholders regardless.

Following the journey more than 40 years of building and development, focusing on the core values, in 2016, NBC will have new breakthroughs, confirming its position in Vietnam and the world's garment market, meeting the clients’ needs, shareholders’ wishes and successfully completing tasks as proposed by the General Meeting.
