Blue Ocean Strategy Training Program

On 6 of March, Nha Be Garment Corporation (NBC), cooperated with the Green Ocean Institute to organize the Green Ocean Strategy training program for key leaders and heads of departments together with the representatives of enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City. The program was lecture by visiting Professor / Doctor Pete Ooi - President of the Global Academy at Maylaysia.

The Blue Ocean Strategy was developed by two professors W.Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne, which has now been applied by more than 1,800 universities around the world. The program is based on a 150-step strategy study that lasted more than 100 years in 30 industries in order to provide an approaching method to create a non-competitive market systematically.

This program is part of NBC's core quality human resource training plan over the years. Through the program learners are equipped with the basic knowledge and necessary competencies in strategic thinking in an age of globalization and integration. In addition to, understand more about the harsh competition of the market; find out all their strengths as well as develop maximum the potential value of enterprises to achieve the goal under direction of non-competition and lasting development.
