Bustling atmosphere of early production of the labor force

Ending the Lunar New Year holiday, joining the general atmosphere of the country, in the morning of 06 February 2017 (10th day of Dinh Dau Lunar New Year), all workers and employees in Nha Be Garment Joint Stock Company (NBC) started the first working day in an exciting and prompt atmosphere. Entering 2017 with strong determination of all of its workers and employees, NBC has jointly effectuated production and business tasks to achieve the highest quality and productivity goals with the slogan of "For the customer’s satisfaction"

Mr. Pham Phu Cuong - emphasized: in 2016, the difficulties in the world textile market have affected the export of textile and garment industry in Vietnam in general and NBC in particular. However, with the great efforts of the entire employees in the whole system, NBC has completed the planned targets resulting in the significant increase in average income of workers in 2016. In 2017 - NBC continues to expand markets, strengthen FOB, ODM, expand the market share of the domestic market and develop distribution systems; invest in in-depth expansion; enhance training and development of high quality human resources, science and technology investment, cost savings ... which are the solutions in order to improve competitiveness and reinforce the NBC brand in the domestic and world markets.

To toast the happy new year – new success 

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Lan – New CEO of NBC (since the early days in 2017) on behalf of nearly 30,000 workers and employees received the direction as well as sent the New Year greetings to the Chairman of NBC’s Board of Directors and promised to try his best to fulfill the tasks set out in 2017.

NBC’s workers and employees sensed the special meaning of the first working day in early Dinh Dau year (the 10th day of the New Year). Mr. Tran Tan Thanh who has worked in Zone III for more than 10 years shared: "This New Year, employees received a higher bonus than last year; therefore, everyone was excited to have a nicer and adequate New Year. In the first production day, we are honored to have the leaders visit, encourage and send New Year's greetings as well as urge us to become active, creative and emulate to achieve product high quality, productivity goals meeting the increasing requirements of our customers, contributing to NBC’s sustainable development.
