Overview of ceremony launching the movement of production emulation in 2017

2017 is the year with unpredictable changes as well as the rapid growth of the society. It will be a challenging year to Nha Be Garment Joint Stock Company. It is required to assess the difficulties in terms of customer strategy, the quality of workmanship of the labor force, along with increasing difficulties in wage policy, social security ... In this spirit, the program launching the movement of production emulation to each unit, each staff of the whole system of NBC in an attempt to promote pioneering tradition in creative labor, to enhance the solidarity, teamwork consensus, to develop wisdom, effort and overcome all difficulties and challenges, try its best to make achievement in successfully implementing the targets and plans in 2017 as set by the Council of the Corporation.

With the motto of "Creating trust in quality and customer satisfaction is one of the determinants of NBC’s existence and development”, the Board of Managers of the Corporation carried out the signing ceremony to assign specific targets on production and business plans, product quality and productivity to the units and departments. The Council of Emulation – Reward also assigned planned targets based on the actual capacity of units and departments. Through commitments made by the directors, the production units strived for efficient implementation which was delivered to each worker.

Also in the program of Ceremony of launching production emulation in 2017, NBC’s Council of Emulation and Reward awarded emulation flags and prizes with a total value of over VND 1 billion for individuals, units and organizations who have made achievements and successfully completed the tasks of production and business plan in 2016.

It is the motivation for individuals and teams in the entire NBC’s system to continue to try their best as well as keep having faith in sustainable development, continue to advance the implementation of the plan as set, in order to maintain the position as one of the the flagship unit of the Vietnam Textile and Garment.
