Launch the emulation for Phase 2 in 2012

"Discipline - Intelligence - Innovation" is the theme of the emulation movement for phase II from 02 May 2012 to 31 August 2012 launched by Nha Be Corporation.

Last 28 May, Nha Be Corporation Be (NBC) celebrated the closing ceremony of emulation movement for phase I and the launching ceremony for phase II in 2012. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Pham Phu Cuong - CEO of the Corporation, Board of Directors' members together with more than 300 employees from NBC's dependent member companies.

For first four months of the year, the occupational safety and health, fire prevention and fighting were strictly in compliance with. 5S targets have been gradually applied. In addition, a number of works have been under constructed or completed to improve the image of the Corporation.

Summarizing the emulation movement for phase I, Board of Directors decided to commend and reward two production units achieving good performance which were unit II, unit IV; individual rewards to workers at units: Veston A, unit I, unit II, unit III, unit IV, unit V, Binh Phat factory, Made-To-Measure factory, the Office of the Corporation. In addition, according to emulation regulations on production plan completion for phase I, units include Veston A, unit I, unit II, unit III, unit IV, unit V, Binh Phat factory, Kontum factory, Made-To-Measure factory, the Office of the Corporation and Sales department were also honored and awarded. Accordingly, the total bonus for teams and individuals during I/2012 was 6,840,842,704 dong.

Also in the ceremony, in order to celebrate the 67th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day 2/9, and encourage all workers and employees to strive to exceed the business planning in 2012, NBC launched the emulation movement for phase II with the goal of "Quality - productivity - labor income of next month is higher than those of previous month."
