Launch the emulation movement for stage 3 in 2011

On the celebration of 81st anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam Women’s Union on 20 October 2011, and 67th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam People’s Army 22/12/2011, Nha Be Garment Joint Stock Corporation (NBC) held the closing ceremony of the emulation movement

On the celebration of 81st anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam Women’s Union on 20 October 2011, and 67th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam People’s Army 22/12/2011, Nha Be Garment Joint Stock Corporation (NBC) held the closing ceremony of the emulation movement of stage 2 and launch the emulation movement for stage 3 in 2011. 

Closing stage 2, the following units were commended:

Good team performance: Factory Kon Tum, Sector IV, Sector II;
Excellent performance of groups, assembly lines: Group 4 – Sector 2, Group 1 and Group 2 – Sector 4, Group 4 – Sector 4, Group 5 – Binh Phat, Group 3 – Kon Tum;
Reward 39 individuals achieving excellent performance at Factory Jacket A, Factory Jacket B, Sector II, Sector III, Sector IV, Nam Tien, Binh Phat, Kon Tum;
Rewards for groups, individuals by the revenue and rank A, B, C in stage 2 reached 5,943,044,488VND.

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Hoang – Deputy General Director, units achieving the highest revenue growth per head were: Sector 4, Kon Tum and Sector 2 which have had good training and strict measures to make good their shortcomings. With respect to labor safety and sanitation, fire prevention and fighting, units have made effort to arrange and reorganize their manufacturing sectors…  

To conform to the subject “Discipline – Skill – Productivity – No more shifts”, entire corporation shall make every effort to emulate for the remaining 4 months to achieve plans as set out for the whole 2011.  Upon reporting, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Lan – Managing Director and Nguyen Thanh Hai – Director of Binh Phat Garment Factory set forth many methods to optimize the manufacturing for the rest of the year.

At the end of ceremony, Mr. Pham Phu Cuong – General Director of NBC emphasized what has been achieved and still pending in the emulation movement of stage 2.  He hoped that all workers and employees shall together promote the emulation movement of stage 3 highly enthusiastically and efficiently so as to complete the plan in 2011.
