Maximize the strength and wisdom of the workers

In the evening of 31 March 2016, Nha Be Garment Joint Stock Corporation held the workers conference 2016 with the presence of more than 400 delegates, representing 25,000 workers and employees of the Corporation all over the country.  The conference was organized for the purpose of evaluating production and business results as well as maximizing the strength and wisdom of the workers to fulfill the plan in 2016.

In 2015, NBC continued to promote the tradition of solidarity and unity, overcoming difficulties; synchronously deploying robust innovative solutions to the corporate governance and administration; production and business results reached an outstanding growth, the effectiveness was significantly improved; the obligations to the State were fully fulfilled, the interests of corporate, shareholders and the rights of workers are secured.  These results contribute to creating incentives for the Corporation to keep growing in the coming years.

The conference showed great determination in 2016. Striving to improve the leadership’s role, functions and tasks in the management and operation, promoting the collective strength and intellectual of each worker and employee to fulfill all the production tasks and other activities in all areas assigned. In the meeting, it was also strongly believed that NBC will, with the tradition of the Corporation over the years, the striving of each individual worker and employee and the collective strength of NBC, overcome and fulfill the production and business targets set for 2016.

At the meeting, after hearing the reports, Mr. Pham Phu Cuong – Chairman of BOD cum NBC’s GD praised the collectives and individuals for their prolonged efforts and endeavor over the past year, in response to the productive labor emulation movement of NBC’s collective employees in the past year. At the same time, he urged all employees and workers to continue striving and further improving themselves so that NBC can achieve sustainable development and rise to a new height.
