Last 05 May, NBC held a salary grade increase for workers in 2013. Attending were Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Lan - Deputy General Director and representatives of departments, factories and workers as contestants.

With the mission of "Provide customers and consumers with reliable fashion products together with professional services, creating the confidence upon accompanying with NBC brandname", the Corporation always demands for labors of high professional, technical skills and qualifications. Therefore, NBC constantly opens training courses, in-depth training courses on technical and managerial skills, advanced classes in English communication skills ... NBC also launched many innovation movements and salary grade increase contests for workers ... to improve labor productivity and product quality, and provide the corporation with abundant and high quality human resources in the future at the same time.

This year, there were 700 workers in total eligible to participate in the contest out of 5,000 employees coming from the units: Section 1, Section II, Section III, Section IV, Section V, Binh Phat garment factory, tailor made department and the Office of the Corporation. The organizers divided the contest day into 2 parts: in the morning, for 354 workers from grade 2 to grade 3; in the afternoon, for 346 workers from grade 3 to grade 4, grade 4 to grade 5 and grade 5 to grade 6. Each exam paper will consist of two parts: the theory and practice parts.

The annual salary grade increase contest is a chance for the corporation to honour the labors who are high qualified, passionate in work, devoted to their job and sustain a long-term commitment to NBC ... and to increase the salary grade, ensure the legitimate interests of workers at the same time. Also through this contest, the workers will be further motivated to constantly learn and continuously improve the level of technical expertise in order to meet production requirements, improve labor productivity and product quality.
