NBC held the Lean training course

In order to create a modern and civilized working environment;    advanced    and scientific production management for a better development in 2014, NBC actively opened  many  training  courses  on  lean  manufacturing  model  (Lean)  for its subsidiaries last 2 months of  2013  for  the purpose of step by step putting this model into operation in all stages of production.

Lean manufacturing model (Lean) focuses on three main factors: People - Process - Technology. Completed lean manufacturing is a fast, neat, accurate and streamlined operating system from importing raw materials to launching to the market.  Implementation of Lean manufacturing requries the solidarity of the Board of Innovation’s members in addition to a sense of responsibility with respect to the jobs that each person involved in the production/service process.  The production operation and management processes are optimized for maximum removal of unnecessary expenses and costs.  It is supported by the application of modern technology, automation which are used to support people and the production process in the most effective way.

The courses are intended for providing basic knowledge about the operational process of the Lean manufacturing (as directly instructed by experts) to apply to each specific job in the production business.  Through these courses, students will grasp the basic principles of Lean manufacturing as well as the importance of conducting Lean manufacturing in their unit.  After the training courses, Lean will be gradually put into operation in all of the system and students are the key factors for the successful implementation of this model in NBC.  Therefore, in the near future, NBC will open many similar training courses in 2014.
