On May 19 th, Nha Be Garment Corporation - NBC successfully organized the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2018 and elected members of the Board of Directors (BOD), Board of Supervisors (BOS) Term 4 (2018 -2022). There are members of the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board of the Corporation, its shareholders and representatives representing 96% of the charter capital.

NBC is a company with a history of more than 40 years of establishment and development, in addition to active, flexible and drastic action mechanism of BOD, Unity, unification of the whole CB-CNC NBC is a great internal strength to help NBC complete the task of production and business. In 2017, NBC continues to maintain its position as one of the leading units of the Vietnam Textile and Garment Industry in developing and applying new technology into production and brand development, confirming the position of myself. Total revenue in 2017 reached over 3.5 trillion; profit before tax reached 88.5 billion; average income reached 8.4 million; contributing VND 57 billion to the state budget; Dividend payment in 2017 reached 25%.

The meeting approved the content of 100% voting shares of the shareholders attending the meeting: Report on business performance in 2017 and plan of the year 2018 of the Board of Management; Activity Report of the Board of Directors in 2017 and orientation in 2018; Audited Financial Statements for 2017; Report of the Board of Supervisors 2017 and Direction 2018; Statement of profit distribution plan for 2017; Statement on the salary and remuneration of the manager in 2018; Proposal to amend the charter of 2018 ... Congress has elected the Board of Directors for the term 2018-2022 with 5 members; 3 members of the Board of Supervisors. Mr. Pham Phu Cuong continues to be elected Chairman of the Board, Mr. Phan Van Hai continues to be the Chief of Supervisory Board for the term of 2018-2022.
