With a total area of ​​167,576 m2, the complex is expected to attract 5,000 employees (it is expected to complete 4/5 of the works in 2012 and come into operation with factories, dormitories for workers. , Specialists, houses for NBC staff ...) to produce high-class products and export directly to the main markets of the US, EU, Japan ... to create export turnover of about $ 100 million / year.

Total investment value of the project in phase I is 85 billion VND, in which 35 billion VND is for machinery and equipment; 9 billion for training human resources and management technology; VND 41 billion: construction of buildings and architectural infrastructure including: collective housing for workers and trainers: 2,200 m2; Factory and warehouse: 15,000 m2; The house of experts and technical staff of customers consists of 5 units, 10 rooms with a total area of ​​600 m2.

Nha Be Garment Corporation - Tam Quan Corporation of Nha Be Garment Corporation has a total area of ​​160,000 m2 with a total investment of 140 billion, divided into two phases:

Stage 1: 85 billion including 4 factories, built from 7/2009 to 31/12/2010.

- A shirt factory with a capacity of 200,000 sp / month.

- 1 trousers factory with a capacity of 150,000 sp / month.

- 1 jacket factory with a capacity of 60,000 sp / month.

- 1 wash garment factory with a capacity of 250,000 sp / month.

Phase 2: 55 billion VND, built from 9/2010 to 31/12/2011

- 1 male vest factory with a capacity of 600 sets per day.

When phase 2 goes into operation, it will create jobs for about 1,000 employees.

Wash NBC: Total investment: $ 2.2 million on an area of ​​2,000 m2. It is expected that after completion (11/2011) it will attract about 600 employees. NBC Wash Factory is located in Tam Quan area and serves the needs of Tam Quan Garment Joint Stock Company, Nha Be Clean Industrial Zone - Tam Quan Industrial Park as well as other garment companies in the vicinity. Wash shop comes from the need to wash and steam ironing garments such as khaki, jeans, elastic, jacket ... high level for the domestic market and export. In order to save on transportation costs and to meet the increasing demands of our customers, Wash NBC has advanced technology combined with stable specialty chemicals promising to launch many high- Suitable for all needs of customers.

In recent years, under the storm of global economic crisis, NBC not only overcome difficulties and challenges but also made good use of opportunities, efforts to increase production capacity, expand export markets and Boost domestic consumption.
