On the morning of March 18, Nha Be Garment Corporation (NBC) successfully organized the " NBC Laborers Conference 2017. Attending the meeting were Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Lan - General Director of NBC, members of the Board of Directors, enterprise unit managers, heads of departments and more than 400 employees representing more than 30,000 employees of the whole Corporation system.

Overview of the NBC Labor Conference 2017

In 2016, NBC maintained its position as one of the leading units of the Vietnam Textile and Garment Industry in developing and applied new technology in manufacturing, developing brand and asserting its position. In the past year, NBC performed well the task of human resources development continuously with a series of classes from line manager level, group leader, director of production, Knowledge- Soul- Cleverness training class, Multicultural governance class. Promote the development of FOB, ODM method in order to complete the supply chain, increase production value, increase competitiveness and create a firm stand on the market. The market task developed steadily with large importers, the domestic market was expanded, a domestic network of uniforms were trusted and appreciated by customers. In addition, the streamlined production model continued to be implemented throughout the entire system successfully with the modern ERP management model, improving administrative procedures by electronically signing all internal documents and transfer vouchers online ...

Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Dieu - Deputy General Director reported production and business in 2016 and deployed the plan in 2017.

Profit before tax in 2016 reached 88 billion VND, average income reached 7.9 million per person. This result was due to the great efforts and determination of the Board of Directors and all employees, the companionship and trust of domestic and international customers. In the coming year 2017, it is forecasted that there are a lot of difficulties for the textile industry in general and NBC in particular. Facing with that situation, NBC has set targets and key tasks as well as measures to implement the plan in 2017. Priority will be given to human resource development, research and application of science, technology and technology to promote the emulation program in production labor, to concentrate on exploiting the traditional market and expanding, exploiting new markets. Enhance the implementation of saving solutions, reducing costs, improving labor productivity, product quality, business performance; Build, develop NBC brand and culture.

In 2017, NBC set the goal of "For satisfaction of customer " to the top. Therefore, the delegates also presented some speeches in order to strengthen, improve and perfect the quality system, ensure to increase value of the company in reputation for customers, partners, Government, brand as well as the loyal of staff throughout the Corporation. Through the conference, the Presidium also satisfactorily answered a number of issues such as working environment, salary, insurance and other interests of employees.

In addition to completing the production and business activities, NBC focuses on the harmony of the interests of the business and the welfare of the employees. Task of care for employees’ life in the past years was constantly improved and more thoughtful. At the same time, we always paid attention and responded positively to charitable social activities such as support for the building of charity, gratitude houses and support for Vietnamese heroic mothers, granting scholarships to children at poor and difficult families. With the success and positive contribution in recent years, NBC is honored to receive the Emulation Flag of the government, Prestigious export enterprise, National Brand, Vietnamese High Quality Goods and many other noble titles.
