NBC successfully completed the contests in the Group-level skilled workers contest in 2015

On the day of 28 June 2015, the Skilled workers Contest in Garment – Textile sector in the southern region for the fifth time – 2015 was held by Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex) and Vietnam Textile and Garment Union to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the establishment, towards the 9th nationwide patriotic emulation congress. NBC attended this year’s contest with the "Be confident – Determined to win" with 15 contestants divided into 3 groups attending 2 contests (finishing men’s trousers and men's shirts).

Earlier, in response to the 2015 skilled workers contest of Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group, NBC has successfully organized the 2015 skilled workers contest at the Corporation level.

According to the Board of Organizers, unlike previous individual – based contests, this year’s contest was held in the format of teamwork to increase the coordination among workers in the same team, promote the use of advanced technologies, existing production methods to create high productivity, good quality, high efficiency thereby increase the competitiveness in the market for the Corporation’s products. 

Solidarity and enthusiasm of the contestants

It is reported that the team winning the gold prize not only received VND30 million in cash but also was awarded the Cup or certificate by the Board of Organizers; the silver, bronze prize will receive VND25 million, VND20 million in cash and many other consolation prizes.
