NBC successfully held annual General Shareholders' Meeting in 2012

Last 31 March 2012, Nha Be Garment Corporation (NBC) successfully held the annual General Shareholders’ Meeting in 2012.  Attending the general meeting are Board of Directors, Board of Management and guests who are Shareholders, Shareholders representatives of the Corporation.

In the general meeting, Board of Directors, Board of Management and Board of Supervisors briefly summarized the performance of the annual GSM resolutions, generalization of business operations, audit activities, profit distribution and establishment of funds in 2011.  Based on that, the general meeting brought out the solutions, directions & duties in 2012.

In 2011, although the economy encountered various difficulties, NBC still  maintained its sustainable development.  With regard to the directions and objectives for the development in 2012, the general meeting also adopted the plans and solutions as put forth by the Board of Management.  Focus on the development of NBC trademark and key brands such as Mattana, De Celso, Novelty in local and international markets.   Pay much attention to the training and development of human resources, particularly middle-level and top executives, for the mission of development and succession; ensure the best policies for the laborers to create the long term relationship.  Besides, NBC continues to invest in specialized machinery for garment industry, maintain the system quality control & scientific management, cut down on waste in production, improve the labor. 

The general meeting also adopted business targets in 2012, in which, export turnover shall reach 416 million USD; obtain and exceed the turnover of 2,990 billion VND; profit before tax shall reach 65 billion VND, expected profit distribution and dividend distribution in 2012 shall be within 18-25%, average income shall be 5.5 million VND/labor and payment to the state budget shall be 27 billion VND.

The general meeting was held successfully with the approval of all shareholders in respect of the directions and objectives for the comprehensive development of NBC in 2012.
