On April 27, Nha Be Garment Joint Stock Corporation (NBC) successfully held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2013. Attending the meeting was the Board of Management, Board of Management and Guests are shareholders, representatives of shareholders of the Corporation.

At the meeting, the contents of the annual meeting of the General Meeting of Shareholders, the summary of business operations, auditing activities, profit distribution and fund allocation in 2012 were approved by the Board of Directors General Director and Control Board briefly presented. From there, the solutions, directions and tasks in 2013 as well as the third term (2013 - 2017).

In addition, NBC continues to invest in depth, maintain system quality management and scientific management, Charge in production, improve labor productivity.

Shareholders attend the 2013 annual shareholders meeting

The business targets in 2013 are also approved by the Congress, in which the value of export turnover reached 460 million USD; reached and surpassed revenue of 2.113 trillion; Profit before tax is VND 70 billion, profit is expected to be distributed and dividend in 2013 is 18-25%, average income is VND 6,000,000 / labor and state budget is VND 30 billion. .

At the end of the meeting, the new Board of Directors (term III, 2013 - 2017) was formed, including Mr. Pham Phu Cuong Chairman and members as follows: Mr. Bui Tan Tai; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Lan; Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Dieu; Mr. Dinh Van Thap (Member). On behalf of the Board of Supervisors Term III (2013 - 2017), including Mr. Phan Van Hai (Head of Supervisory Board) and members are Mrs. Le Thi Ha Chi and Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Dung.

The congress is a great success with the approval of all shareholders about the direction and goals of comprehensive development NBC in 2013 and the third term (2013 - 2017).
