NBC trade, youth union members accelerate the economic development

In the morning of 19 January 2015, following up the success of the youth production line model during past time, NBC Youth Union coordinating with Zone 4 Board of Management to deploy the setting up of the youth production line and launched the youth emulation programs of Rose production capacity, Rose production lines.

It is the activity aiming at creating effervescent movement; promoting the role of labourers, trade union and youth members in the production and performance of political tasks in the unit; the practical activity to welcome the Party Congress of Nha Be Garment Corporation in May 2015. It thereby gradually increases income and boosts the efficiency of production lines such as coaching low-skilled young workers and apprentice

In the past year, in addition to organizing exciting and practical activities aiming at encouraging union officials, youth union members to uphold the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, successfully complete all assigned tasks. NBC youth union also actively participated in community, charity and volunteering activities such as blood donation, visit and giving gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, policy family, poor children in holidays, Tet holiday ...

After 3 months of launch of emulation program, the Executive Committee of NBC’s Youth Union and Zone 4 Board of Management will summarize the reward as follows: any individuals having 40 (pink) capacity roses or more will receive a picnic trip organized by NBC’s Youth Union. At the same time, the three most outstanding individuals will receive one package of source professional training to Zone 4 Board of Management; on a monthly basic, 2 production lines achieving the highest capacity will receive 1 bundle of (red) capacity roses and VND300,000 in cash.
