In the morning of 07 April 2014, Nha Be Garment Corporation (NBC) successfully organized the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2014 and passed the contents of the implementation of the resolutions of annual GMS, summary of business results, audit activities, profit distribution and allocation of funds in 2013 ... with majority votes of confidence.

The overall scene of the meeting
To summarize the whole year, the Board of Directors and all NBC’s employees and workers completed the tasks as set out and expected to pay dividend at 25% of the chartered capital. In 2014, NBC continues to set the directions and plans to limit risks in the context of the changing world economic situation and well grasp the opportunities at the same time so that the Corporation continues to sustainably grow and develop.
