To promote the pioneering, voluntary spirit of NBC’s youth in activities towards the community, towards successful August Revolution and National Day 2 September, in the morning of 30 August, NBC's Youth Union held the Social Security program in 2015 at the Care Center for older people and people with disabilities in Hiep Binh Chanh, Binh Thanh District in coordination with other units in HCMC Textile – Clothing – Footwear cluster.

The Care Center for older people and people with disabilities in Hiep Binh Chanh, Binh Thanh District, HCMC is a provider of care services to nearly 300 elderly and disabled people, including many cerebral palsied and paralyzed people. The visit to this center gave youth union members a chance to see all the difficulties and hardships experienced by patients as well as staff working in the centers. It requires a great patience, heartfelt love to make them work here for a long time.

With heartfelt affection, enthusiasm, the youth union members kindly asked about the health of, and encouraged and comforted the elderly and people with disabilities.  Simultaneously, they donated nearly 300 gifts (pastries, instant noodles, milk ...) directly to the elderly and disabled people to give them more strengths to overcome difficulties, to live happy and healthy in the near future.
