Nha Be Garment joins the production of antibacterial cloth masks

Facing the increasing demand for disease prevention masks, following the call of Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex) and joining hands for the community to combat the disease of Covid-19, Nha Be Garment Corporation - NBC has take part in the production of this item. Since February 10, NBC has arranged production lines, built sewing processes, trained workers and organized the production of antibacterial cloth and fabric masks.

The mask is made entirely from quality antibacterial fabric of Dong Xuan Knitting unit. This fabric has been produced for export to the Japanese market for many years. This is a product that Japanese customers specialize in making baby clothes and many items in hospitals. According to Japanese testing standards, this fabric can prevent bacteria from multiplying and prevent bacteria in 30 washings.

NBC has arranged 3 sewing lines, with more than 50 skilled workers with the support of technical staff to focus on producing masks. Exporting masks is not NBC's strength, so in the first stage, productivity was only 5,000 products / day. It is expected that in the future, the productivity will reach 10,000 products / day or more. NBC has just produced to supply vinatex, a part of it will also be launched in retail market to serve consumers and stabilize prices. It is expected that in the next few days, NBC's fabric mask, antibacterial fabric will be available in the whole store system from north to south for 7,000 VND / item.

Recently, NBC has also implemented a series of measures to prevent and control Covid disease - 19 at the unit such as dispensing medical masks, antibacterial hand sanitizers, spraying disinfectant offices, inside and outside the home. workshop, raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse. In particular, the propaganda of disease prevention measures is implemented through the internal radio system, banners, posters ... to ensure a safe working environment for workers.
