Successful NBC Party Committee Congress term XIII (2015-2020 term)

On the afternoon of 25/05/2015, Party Committee of Nha Be Garment Corporation held the Congress XIII session (2015-2020 term). Attending and directing the Congress was Mr. Pham Phu Cuong - Deputy General Director of Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation, NBC’s Chairman of BOD, General Director and Ms. Nguyen Thi Tim - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Central Industrial Enterprises in Ho Chi Minh together with 200 party members of the Corporation.

During 2010-2015 term of 5 years, NBC has successfully completed all tasks, achieved and over-fulfilled its set targets. During the past term, NBC has also set up two units, namely FOB and ODM, to serve effectively for the market. Therefore, NBC brand on the export market is widely known and highly evaluated by the clients.

Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Pham Phu Cuong - Deputy General Director of Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation, NBC’s Chairman of BOD, CEO emphasized: Next 5 years, NBC must increase production capacity twice as much as that today.  In particular, it is required to make investments to expand production by 50%, investments to increase labor productivity by 50%; investment in the provinces having abundant labor resources such as the western, eastern; further improve the lives of the workers; while creating a friendly work environment with international standards; train high quality human resources, recruit the world-class professionals. Party-building work must be attached to developing young Party members of high professional knowledge, further establishing the Party cells, simultaneously maintaining the title of clean and strong Party Branch and Committee.

From the practical results and lessons learned, Party Committee has set out the general plan of the Corporation in 2015, Vision up to 2020: enhancing the leadership capacity of Party organization, building a strong Party in terms of political, ideological, organizational perspective; promoting democracy, internal solidarity, intellectual concentration, innovation and development; ensuring quick growth, efficiency, sustainability ...
