Workshop on enhancement of international integration capacity

On March 22, Nha Be Garment Corporation (NBC) held "NBC Workshop - Lean ERP". The program introduced the importance of Lean ERP as well as seeked advanced technology solutions from Coast Corporation integrated into NBC's Lean ERP system in order to improve the quality of international integration capacity optimization. Attending the workshop, as for NBC side, there were Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Lan – General Director and the members of the Board of Directors, managers of departments and enterprises; as for Coast Group side there were Mr. Simon Gibson - CEO Asia and his assistants.

Since NBC introduced the Lean ERP project into operation, the office block business has been computerized fully. Connect the uniform information chain from the steps of entry of goods order into the system until the delivery notice. Customs clearance, import and export of accessories, purchase, distribution, recovery as well as import, export of finished materials were operated over the entire NBC-Lean ERP system. Especially, in early September of 2016, the Inventory module officially went into operation, which changed the appearance of the warehouse system in terms of management and flexibility upon closely linking with related departments.

In 2017, taking the quality as target, the project will focus on the production module and management module in order to complete the entire information chain on ERP. Complete algorithm for recording capacity and real time error rate. In addition, add the management algorithm for modeling task, calculating norms and issuing technical documentation on the system. In addition, continue  to accelerate the deployment of BIG-DATA available after the deployment in order to monitor the system and serve the operations of the relevant functional department.

Lean ERP is really a trend of modern enterprise management, it helps enterprises operate smoothly, streamlined and efficient. So far, after more than two years of project development and implementation, NBC really found the important role and effectiveness of Lean ERP project through its solutions for planning and administration tasks.
