Zone II put the LEAN model into production

On the morning of 25 November 2013, NBC implemented LEAN model in Zone II, the leading production unit major in the high-end suits of the Corporation. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Lan - Deputy General Director, Mr. Dinh Van Thap - Managing Director, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Cuc - Managing Director, Board of Directors and the project experts and all workers and employees of Zone II.

In 2013, NBC constantly put LEAN into operation in units such as Zone I, Zone III, the member factories, etc ... and achieved many positive results, contributing to boost the production capacity, enhance the competitive strength of NBC on the market.

Leaders disseminated LEAN model

LEAN model is demonstrating its strength as well as its importance upon bringing about positive outcomes such as cost savings, productivity increase, reduction in working hours, income increase for workers, etc. ... With the execution of Lean model in Zone II at this time, NBC continued to affirm the success of the implementation of key programs in the year, and at the same time express its desire to have all units unite and join hands to gradually expand the LEAN model across NBC’s system in the near future.
